These uncommon Argentine grapes were farmed and immaculately harvested by Stehly Grove Management of Valley Center. After wanting to make wine from these grapes for a few years, our winemakers were given their opportunity in 2023. What results is a vibrantly aromatic wine that is both bright and rich. A unique grape variety, this offering has aromas of white stone fruits and rose petals. Bright and rich on the entry, the palate shows white peach and key lime with a medium, lingering velvet finish.

Other Notes
Torrontés is a grape without much definition in California, so this bottling could be a guiding light. Lovely aromas of orange blossom and ripe melon remain crisp on the nose. The palate is bright and zippy with flavors of jasmine and plumeria that are balanced by a grippy texture.
